- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I had visited this UPS Store and made a business transaction that didn't go well. When I arrived home. I received a alert message from my Bank indicating two Bank transaction from this UPS Store that was charged to my account. I Called the Ups store and spoke with sale representative that had made the transaction while I was at the store. She was very rude with me over the phone. She stated, the only way that she could help me, I need to come into the store and she could correct the problem. When I arrived to the store, I spoke with another sale representative. I was explaining to her Colleague the transactions error, I was being intentionally disrupted by the the same representative who made the transaction error at the store early and the same person I spoke with over the phone. She said I can't help you, only the manager deal with this type of transaction. I said to her you should have told me that over the phone to save me a trip to come over here this evening. The sale personnel interrupted me again, I told her to stop being a smart eleck. Her misconduct is Unbecoming of a good salesperson. I am Suggesting she learns to be courtesy to customers in a proper way. Her behavior is bad for a business. I'm not saying that this Behavior reflects the overal business attitude. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I had to file a fraud report because they sent my card yo the wrong address after we confirmed the new addresse. Someone got a hold to my card and deposited a bad check into my acct do I filed a complaint. While filing the claim they told me if I knew who used my card they couldn't refund my money even though I just came in to file a fraud report. It took me to try to call corporate on her for her to get on the phone and refund me my money. This branch lies and they are very unprofessional when it comes to dealing with fraud claims. I still haven't received a call yet to verify the photos at the ATM. I am definitely closing my vystar acct and I will be transferring to something better.By Cortez Blue, September 07, 2017
