  Slowest branch ever. Every time I come in here, the same two women are the tellers and they move like turtles. The lines are ALWAYS long.. a simple deposit takes 30-45 minutes. This branch is ridiculous.

  I tried to give this branch less than 1 star but I couldn't. Normally I don't post blasting comments about a business unless the experience was inexcusable in which case I can chop it up to a bad day or something. However, this bank has repeatedly disappointed! They are incompetent and worthless! I have never dealt with a bank who holds a business check deposit for a week before allowing access to funds. I know it's a check and there are risks but how can a BUSINESS conduct BUSINESS if they can't access funds?! I can't pay employees or get gas to go back to WORK! Most banks will release a portion of the check fir immediate access. I will not name names at this branch because I know karma it's real but their practices are subpar and I'd rather bank with Chase. If it wasn't for their customer care center agent who was knowledgeable and helpful I think I would have been in Clay County jail this morning verbal assault and threatening! Bank elsewhere, not with BOA!!!

  Like all banks, this one is stuffy and uncomfortable inside but I have noticed that the staff here are friendlier than other branches in the area. We've always been helped fairly quickly when we come in (which isn't often). Bank branches are becoming a thing of the past but this BofA does a decent job of keeping an efficient branch.
