- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I've had a 5/3 Account for six years and have never had a customer service issue... Then I moved to Jacksonville. The branches down here shut down at 4, so if you need to do banking during the week down here, choose another bank. In this particular case, I was trying to get a form notarized and was shot down two consecutive days (Once because of the 4 pm time. The next, I took off work early and it turns out the notary took a half day). I'm currently shopping for other banks, and it's all because of the customer service at this branch.By A Google User, December 01, 2016
