  It was great when we first moved in. But after bring at our place for several years, we wanted to buy. But the last 2 years they tell us they can't ahold of the home owner who supposedly wants to sell. Our property managers are constantly quitting and it's like pulling teeth trying to get anything fixed.

  We trusted these people to rent out our home and take care of it while we were deployed overseas. They failed to take care of it. They failed to communicate with us about it and in the end we had thousands in damages due to horrific tenants and thousands lost in lost rent. Don't ever leave your home in their hands.

  Horrible they are always telling me it's my issue not there's. So I have to spend my money and time fixing there house.

  I called on a Monday for a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) and was told it would be free and I would have it no later than Wednesday. On Thursday I called again and was told it would be $99 and that someone would get back to me later that day. On Friday I called again and was told they would definitely have it done by the end of the day. I decided not to let them waste any more of my time. I wish I had read their online reviews before I called them in the first place. They seem to be nice people but maybe just too busy to stay on top of the little things. I definitely will not list my property with them.
